DVBC seeks to lift up the name of Jesus and to make much of Him! That is why our signature scripture is: "Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness!"  (Psalm 115:1)

There is one guarantee about Donelson View - you visit, you WILL be greeted warmly! We are a hugging church!! There is truly a spirit of unity among the believers, and we hope that when you come to worship with us, that will be evident from the beginning.

None of us is perfect, and we don't pretend to be. Christianity is genuine and attractive when believers share their victories as well as their struggles with one another and can support and encourage one another to persevere through hardship. Our goal as a church is to press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3: 14). Yet, at the same time, we realize that we are sinners desperately in need of a Savior.
